When riding, I’m hearing and feeling a loose creaky sound. When I tightened the cranks down, the rear wheels chain tension goes loose. I backed up the wheel and tightened, but again when riding, cranks become loose. When tightening, rear wheel chain tension goes loose. Any ideas? I’m thinking my BB is stripped possibly?
I would recommend taking it to your local bike shop. Hard to diagnose the issue without seeing it in person.

Putting the tyre back on the rim is so so difficult. My fingernails are coming out to put it back on, so tight and difficult
Some Rim and Tire combinations are more difficult than others. I would make sure one side of the tire goes on at a time, the second is to be sure the bead of the tire sits in the deepest area of the rim on the opposing side from where you are trying to install the tire. Some dish soap may help as well.

Y does my forks have a wobble I did everything in the video
You probably need a headset spacer. If the top of the fork sits above or flush with the top of the stem the preload cap tightens into the top of the fork and can’t push down on the stem and pull up on the fork to load the proper pressure on the bearings
thx for the video! what do you suggest if a new bike put together makes a knocking noise when pedaling?
Hard to say without seeing it. Probably the chain line. If the back wheel is sitting at an angle in the back of the frame the chain could be making noise as it comes onto the driver. I would loosen the back wheel. Take the chain off the sprocket and driver, just slide it off and spin the cranks to make sure they feel smooth. Then the rear driver. If it seems fine put the chain back on and tighten it back up. See if it still knocks
